Incident Investigation Training

This training is designed for those who will manage or perform investigations into incidents in the workplace. Though not a specific requirement in the WHS Legislation this is the monitoring and review steps as part of the risk management process.

We enable your selected resources to follow best practice investigation processes and procedures. This training can be customised based on the expertise of the participants and built on their foundational knowledge on conducting investigations.

• Following policies and procedures when conducting investigations
• Planning and conducting incident investigations
• Effective results communication and preparing reports
