DESCRIPTION:Training to Manage Work Related Psychological mental health issues\nThis basic psychological training provides a systematic practical approach to identifying and managing work-related mental health issues. This is part of the Work Health and Safety legislation to provide safe workplaces systems for persons health including psychological health. \nThis training highlights poor psychological work health and safety that can lead to both psychological and physical injuries. Developing and using a robust system can assist business processes to reduce business disruption and costs from work-related mental health issues. This will have a flow on effect of improving worker engagement and job satisfaction. \nThe training is designed to give participants a basic understanding of how to support someone who is experiencing mental health concerns.
